I am brand new to Reformer Pilates? What class should I start with?
All our classes are suitable for beginners and also challenging for those who are more experienced. Our instructors can modify movements and offer different spring guides so you will always be able to go at your own pace. The focus is on you and your journey with reformer Pilates. So feel free to select a level that best suits your current capacity. If you are a beginner, upon arrival to class, just let the instructor know it is your first time at Flex Reformer Pilates.
How do I book myself into a class?
The best place to start would be to hit BOOK NOW on the home page. From here, you can select a class/ time slot from there you will be asked to create an account, so you can secure your spot in your first class and proceed to payment.
How do I reschedule my class?
If you are unable to attend your booked class please ensure you cancel this class if attached to a membership and then rebook.
If it is not attached to a membership there is a reschedule link in your booking confirmation email that you receive when you make a class booking.
Just click the link and you will be able to reschedule. A reschedule is only applicable prior to 12 hours before class. Otherwise, it is considered a cancellation.
What happens if I need to cancel a class?
Cancellations need to be made more than 12 hours prior to the class starting. We do understand that sometimes life gets in the way, but we must consider all clients as our studio only consists of 6 beds. We have limited spots in class and a cancellation within the time allows a fellow Flex member to take your spot. If you fail to attend a booked class, or otherwise seek to cancel your booking within 12 hours of the class starting, you forfeit that class and will incur the total cost of that booked class.
